Patrick, what you think is a cosmetic trim on Poodles is actually how they were trimmed in France and there was a method to this...the poodle is a water retriever and the "pom poms" were to cover the joints to keep the dog warmer.

What on earth makes this man think that Christians didn't vote? This Christian certainly did, and she voted for Obama, not to mention a straight Democratic ticket. I vote for people who hold my values, not for people who merely SAY they hold my values...

I can see both sides of this. Debarking should NEVER be a first choice, but if it's either that or euthanizing the dog because the owner can't control it, then I can see it. I've known several dogs that have been debarked and they don't seem that stressed. In their mind, they are still barking.

What a shame...Keith is the one that got my husband and I watching MSNBC in the first place. There are not many out there that are able to speak truth to power and Keith is one of them. We will look forward to seeing where he lands and will follow him there as well. Keith, well done...
